gt9o Terms and Conditions

gt9o ("Platform", "we", "our") provides a safe and reliable online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a binding agreement between gt9o and the user. You are requested to read this entire document before using any of our services, website, or mobile platform.

1 General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

1.3 Nature of Service

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account at gt9o, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide genuine and accurate information.
• One person may operate only one account.
• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name.
• You must play for yourself and using your own funds.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your gt9o account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gt9o may request identity verification documents at any time when required. This may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal suspension or temporary account closure.

3 Age Verification

gt9o strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If a date of birth provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all balances and winnings in that account will be forfeited.

If our system suspects that a user may be under 21 years of age, gt9o reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the user's account level and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases, verification requirements may cause processing to take longer.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile number or bank account registered on the account.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of deposit. gt9o will not be liable if a transaction fails or funds are lost due to incorrect information.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more still gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once per account, IP address, and device.
• The time limit for using a bonus is stated in the specific offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, gt9o reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

The gt9o VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits — starting from Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% weekly cashback at the Diamond tier. Cashback is calculated based on net losses each week.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

gt9o offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The terms for each market are set separately. If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Casino Games

For live casino, slots, and table games, the individual rules of each game apply. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. In the event of a technical error, the game session will be cancelled and the stake refunded.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to various games and markets, and are displayed on the relevant page. gt9o reserves the right to change the betting limits for any user.

6.4 Result Disputes

If you have an objection to any result, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published. No complaints will be accepted after this period.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt9o platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity, information, or payment method.
• Placing artificial or manipulative bets to meet bonus requirements ("Bonus Abuse").
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by gt9o

gt9o reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of Terms.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of a regulatory body or due to a legal requirement.

8.2 Closure by the User

8.3 Balance Settlement

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method. If closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
